This class is focused on self-care for both the mom-to-be or new mom. Prepare yourself for the birth of your baby through breathing exercises and gentle Yoga postures with a focus on the pelvic floor.

If you want to try yoga but are not sure how to begin, or bring more intention around your existing practice, this course will teach you the foundations of an informed and healthy yoga program. You will be learning with a group of beginners, you do not need to know anything about yoga!
Join Alissa and Yassi, for 2 hours of Self-Care. You’ll begin with a Yoga practice focussing on energizing and digestion, ending with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Then you’ll learn to make and enjoy a green smoothie specifically for healthy skin and digestion. We’ll also serve energy balls, so you’ll leave feeling satisfied.
Join Alissa and Yassi, for 2 hours of Self-Care. You’ll begin with a Yoga practice focussing on energizing and digestion, ending with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Then you’ll learn to make and enjoy a green smoothie specifically for healthy skin and digestion. We’ll also serve energy balls, so you’ll leave feeling satisfied.
This mini-retreat will take you outside for a nature walk, in studio for Yoga, Yoga Nidra, mindful eating, journaling and more AND inside yourself.

Yoga Nidra, typically translated as “Yogic Sleep,” is an invitation to a sleep-like state where we can release tension, stress and what is no longer needed. When practiced regularly, Yoga Nidra can improve sleep patterns and concentration, regulate blood pressure and digestion, calm the nervous system and connect you to your own heartfelt desire and source of healing.
